If GmailWoo is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked, no cancellation forms. This applies to the first charge on a new subscription.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel any time from your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
- Cancellations stop future charges; they do not retroactively refund the current period.
- Refund requests outside the 14-day window are reviewed case by case — email us and we will be fair.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit typically appears within 5–10 business days.
Requesting a refund
