Why we built it

Support teams live in their inbox, but the customer data they need lives in WooCommerce. Every reply meant copying an email address, logging into wp-admin, searching for the customer, and checking order status. GmailWoo puts that data in a Gmail sidebar — order history, contact details, and order actions, right next to the conversation.

Privacy first, by design

Your Gmail session talks directly to your own store's REST API over HTTPS. Order and customer data never passes through or is stored on our servers — we only handle account authentication and licensing.
